Thought on food and thought OVERCONSUMPTION
If we really take a look at what really cause bad things in our life, most probably the things that we overconsume are the main culprit.
To make it simpler, let us take a look at what are usually the things that cause us to gain weight which if not being controlled can results in major health issue
Overconsumption of foods that have lots of fat and sugar are the most common cause weight gain. Uncontrollable intake of these things will cause our to function at it's optimum level.
Also, by using this overconsumption concept, we could also take a look at "HOW OVERCONSUMPTION OF NEGATIVE THOUGHT" regulate our lives.
If the only thought or story that we have in our mind is negative, it will put our body in fight or flight condition and to have it as our default condition is a really bad idea. Its going to degenerate our body in the long run.
So as conscious as we can, just be aware of what we OVERCONSUME, and by that very small steps of BEING CONSCIOUS we could slowly lead our live and not being lead by our UNCONSCIOUSNESS by overconsuming food or thought.
