Throughout our life, they'll be some ideas that really close to our heart and we believe it was our best idea.

But remember, the world changes, people adapt, and one day, our best idea that propels us to the best cornerstone in our life also have its "Best Before" date.

So, by constantly aware of this idea, I believe it will help us throughout our life.

In life, from one moment to another, if we are conscious, we are in a constant, back to back decision making "action".

Usually when we are really conscious on the decision making process, one thing that really matter is the WANTED OUTCOME and UNWANTED OUTCOME on that decision.

It is arguably a more cautious perspective, however I believed that, the key element is :

" Do you emotionally and mentally ready to accept the consequences of the UNWANTED OUTCOME of the decision that you want to make "

It is self evident that, when you are making any decision, you want the outcome of the decision to be as close as the WANTED OUTCOME.

However, life is not usually works according to our plan, and sometimes, the unwelcomed, UNWANTED OUTCOME came knocking our door.

If, before making the decision, we are already ready to accept UNWANTED OUTCOME, then our reaction to the consequences will not be that hard, and we can go through our life, not being hurt that much and if possible with a slight smile in our face.

So, in the future, with this mental model or perspective, I hope we can have a better relationship with the UNWANTED OUTCOME that came in our life.

Thought on food and thought OVERCONSUMPTION

If we really take a look at what really cause bad things in our life, most probably the things that we overconsume are the main culprit.

To make it simpler, let us take a look at what are usually the things that cause us to gain weight which if not being controlled can results in major health issue

Overconsumption of foods that have lots of fat and sugar are the most common cause weight gain. Uncontrollable intake of these things will cause our to function at it's optimum level.

Also, by using this overconsumption concept, we could also take a look at "HOW OVERCONSUMPTION OF NEGATIVE THOUGHT" regulate our lives.

If the only thought or story that we have in our mind is negative, it will put our body in fight or flight condition and to have it as our default condition is a really bad idea. Its going to degenerate our body in the long run.

So as conscious as we can, just be aware of what we OVERCONSUME, and by that very small steps of BEING CONSCIOUS we could slowly lead our live and not being lead by our UNCONSCIOUSNESS by overconsuming food or thought.

If we view from a very wide perspective also maybe common sense to some of us,

Every contract that we've sign either it student loan, mortgage or even marriage is the proof to the world that we are not going to step away from the things that we've had vowed upon.

It is something that's recordable something that we hold our words to it , its pretty big actually.

If we break those promises, we'll certainly going to face some major setbacks in the future.

If we use this concept of "COMMITMENT" which is in a more casual way can be said as "IF YOU DON'T DO THESE THINGS YOUR GOING TO BE PENALIZED" to advanced ourself in life like

- Eating healthy
- Sleep more
- Exercise more
- Produce more
- Help more people
etc.

I'm pretty sure we can achieve more in life.

So, as a baby step for this year, why don't we create a stick to any commitments and have some other people to be the witness of that commitments so that the commitment will have a bigger meaning to you rather than having it to yourself.

ENERGY

The ability to maintain our energy throughout the day directly influence our quality of life for that day.

Why?

When we're tired as in were losing our energy to think, the tendency at which were going to underperform in job, social life etc will drop.

I.E, when we're tired, our choices of word will be limited thus, any miss in words we choose to communicate will affect the quality of communication we have with family, friends and colleagues.

So.

Let's do our best in managing our energy
-- Exercise
-- Having enough sleep
-- Eat well

To maintain a great quality of life 😁

The way we view the world is different with others.

If we really wanted to see how our world view manifest in a different way than the other people. We can do one simple experiment.

Let's say you want to know how different your view towards the word PEACE compared to one of your friend view.

Just take two pieces of paper and at the same time try to draw how both of you can express the word PEACE in the form of drawing.

Most probably the drawing will be extremely different.

Why?

We view the world by imagining things.

We imagine using pictures we created in our mind.

As the hypothetical results from the experiments above, we can see how two people express the same word of PEACE by means of drawing in a very different way.

So what is the main point?

The main point is that, we view things extremely different than other people.
In order to strive in this life, we need to have a good relationship with the people we want to live with.

So to understand them is to see the same picture as what they imagine.

Its sounds idealistic but I believe it helps.

So lets strive to really understand each other better for a better world.
